VRSS School is a place not only to acquire academic excellence but also to develop all faculties of mind, intellectually and spiritually, which results in holistic development of a child.

Schooling starts at an early age of 3 – 4 years. Admission in Nursery AND Playgroup class is the initial step towards a long journey. Well begun is half done. VRSS provides an excellent launching pad to every child in the form of an outstanding system of education in Pre-Primary classes.

ADMISSION PROCESS IN NURSERY AND PREP –

• 1) Registration is the first step. Prospectus given at the time of registration gives complete information about the school system.
• 2) Eligible age: 3 plus i.e. 3¹⁄₂ to 4 years by April 2022.
• 3) Admission to Nursery & Prep will be through informal interaction with the parents and the child. Date and timing for interaction will be intimated telephonically.
• 4) List of selected candidates will be displayed at the administrative office. Parents will also be informed telephonically.
• 5) On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to deposit fee within two days time, failing which the admission shall stand cancelled.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION –

• 1) Self attested photocopy of Birth Certificate of child issued by Municipal Corporation / Competent Authority.
• 2) Photocopy of proof of residence.
• 3) Two passport size photograph.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASSES I – VIII

• 1) Registration is the first step. Prospectus given at the time of registration gives complete information about the school system.
• 2) Admission to classes I & above is given based on the result of an admission test conducted by school and interaction of student & parents with the Principal of successful students.
• 3) Date, Time & Syllabus for admission test may be collected from school administrative office at the time of Registration.
• 4) Result of Admission Test will be displayed at school Administrative Office within 2 days of test.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION –

• 1)  2 passport size photographs.
• 2) Birth Certificate.
• 3) Original birth certificate for verification.
• 4) Report card of previous class.
• 5) T.C. (original) to be submitted within one month from admission date.
• 6) Original Character certificate for (Class VII and above)
• 7) Proof of residence.
• 8) Caste certificate for SC / ST / OBC / EWS.
• 9) Certificate for disability if any.
• 10) Medical Fitness Certificate from Chief Medical Officer/Registered Medical Practitioner.

ADMISSION TO IX –

• 1) Eligibility – only students with minimum CGPA : 9 or 85% aggregate score in class VIIIORHalf Yearly Exam score will be calculated on the basis of Six main subjects – English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Science and Sanskrit.
• 2) Registration is the first step. Prospectus given at the time of registration gives complete information about the school system.
• 3) Written test in English, Hindi, Maths, G. Science and interaction of students and parents with the Principal, of qualifying candidates.
• 4) Date, Time & Syllabus for admission test may be collected from school administrative office at the time of Registration.
• 5) Result of Admission Test will be displayed at school Administrative Office within 2 days of test.

ADMISSION TO XI

• 1) Eligibility –
  • A) Science Stream –
    CBSE Board : A1-Grade in Maths and Science. Minimum A2 in English (CBSE students)
    Other Board – 91% in Maths and Science. Minimum 81% in English.ORMinimum 85.5% aggregate in five main subjects.
  • B) Commerce Stream –
    CBSE Board :A1 in Maths and Social Science each A2 in EnglishORMinimum CGPA: 9 in five subjects.
    Other Board –Minimum 91% in Maths and Social Science each Minimum 81 % in EnglishORMinimum 85.5% aggregate in five main subjects.

• 3) Written test as per the stream offered by the students and interaction of students and parents with the Principal of qualifying candidates.
• 4) Date, Time & Syllabus for admission test may be collected from school administrative office at the time of Registration.
